Building materials company WG Wearne’s CFO, Marius Bierman, has resigned as a director with effect from August 11.
His resignation follows a mutual agreement between Bierman and the board of WG Wearne.
Daleen Oosthuizen has been appointed to complete the outstanding annual financial statements for the year ended February 28.
