Protech Khuthele Holdings, which is being liquidated, will apply to the JSE to be delisted.
In an update to shareholders on Tuesday, the company said it was now in final liquidation.
Trading in the company’s shares on the JSE was suspended in June after it filed for voluntary business rescue.
Business rescue practitioner Gavin Gainsford subsequently determined that there was no reasonable prospect of rescuing the company or its subsidiaries and filed an application for liquidation in July.
