JSE-listed Hudaco has acquired the trading assets and liabilities of Dished End, which manufactures the end caps for pressure vessels.
Hudaco will pay an initial R36-million, with the total consideration, up to a maximum of R79-million, dependent on the average profits over a three year earn-out period.
