Freight and logistics service provider Grindrod reported on Monday that director Dave Rennie had passed away.
“It is with great sadness that we advise of the passing of our dear colleague and friend Captain Dave Rennie on September 12,” the company said in a statement.
He joined the group in 1978, held various positions and directorships within the group and was appointed as director to the Grindrod Limited board in 2002.
