TalentLatch is the pioneering online recruiting platform being launched in Johannesburg. In difficult economic times companies need to do more with less and the best way to do so is by building teams with the best talent. TalentLatch helps you do so, with ease.

TalentLatch is currently focusing on three key sectors: Engineering, Finance and Technology.

What makes TalentLatch different? There is a war for talent. An organization’s most valuable asset is their people, putting the power in the hands of our highly skilled candidates. We’re turning recruitment on it’s head meaning companies approach and make offers to talented candidates. Simply stated: companies apply to people, not the other way around. And our value is that we endeavour to select the very top performers, in our chosen industries, for employers to reach out to.

According to co-founder Gina Bergh, TalentLatch is entering the market at a unique time when users are accustomed to online recruitment but frustrated with lack of velocity within the market. TalentLatch ensures that companies can choose from a pre-vetted pool of talent. This means no more spammed inboxes, no more tedious recruiter calls and no more forced interviews. Companies have full insight into the jobseeker market and can approach talent which they think will best fit the job.

How does it work? TalentLatch operates both in the interest of candidates and companies. Candidates sign up and complete a profile with details regarding their education and work experience, as well as about themselves, their interests and life experiences. Candidates will also have to meet assessment criteria before being granted access to the platform. Companies follow the same process. Company profiles aims to enlighten candidates as to the values and culture of the firm. Admitted companies will then be able to evaluate the candidates on the platform and, when ready, reach out to and make individual offers to candidates. This format enables companies to approach candidates with an offer for what they perceive them to be worth and are confident that there will be a good culture fit. Companies will also welcome a platform with a strong pool of verified talent to assess.

People who value their success and career progression should always have an eye out for opportunities to further and improve themselves, with TalentLatch, these opportunities come knocking at your door.
