Bytes Technology Group partners with empowerment group

Bytes Technology Group has sold a 51% stake in its Bytes Conference Centre business to 51% black women-owned and -managed IYAVAYA HR Solutions.

The partnership became effective in January.

The IYAVAYA HR Solutions board comprises MD Thembi Chagonda and law consultancy Global Business Solutions CEO Jonathan Goldburg.

The Bytes Conference Centre, located in Midrand, Gauteng, is a multipurpose venue that can accommodate up to 300 delegates.

During the course of this year, the entire conference centre will undergo an extensive R10-million renovation to provide customers with a high-tech user experience.
